Scopes of duties:

• Creation of short and long term production plans
• Analysis of technical documentation
• Control of the implementation of the adopted plans
• Preparation of reports on the activities carried out
• Responding to irregularities and implementing corrective actions
• Cooperation with other departments in the company

Our expectations:

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Practical knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Regularity, self-discipline
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in production planning is welcome
• Command of German or English is welcome
  Graduates of technical faculties with very good knowledge of Excel and technical drawing are welcome

Scopes of duties:

• Establishing contacts with design offices, architects, general contractors, subcontractors
• active sales through the listed channels
• active searching for new customers, supervising the flow of information about the market and customers, updating the customer database,
• monitoring of the market and independent searching for investments related to building of facilities,
• advice on products and their applications,
• cooperation with the company’s internal departments in the field of investments carried out in the region,
• ongoing work in the CRM system,
• preparation of offers in response to customers’ inquiries,
• preparation of offers submitted on own initiative,
• reporting – travel plans, meeting reports, requests for quotations and offers,
• conducting training in offered products and systems.

Our expectations

• Experience in cooperation with design offices, architects, general contractors and construction wholesalers providing services to investments,
• technical education with a construction engineer profile or equivalent
• knowledge gained through professional experience,
• experience in selling products in the field of our production is welcome
• command of German and/or English at B2 level
• results orientation,
• experience in conducting commercial negotiations,
• ability to prepare commercial offers,
• ability to easily establish interpersonal relationships,
• high degree of self-discipline and self-motivation,
• readiness to make business trips within Poland
• B category driving licence (valid)

Scopes of duties:

• designing new products and introducing structural changes to the existing ones,
• performing construction calculations,
• searching for new design solutions and supporting new implementations and projects related to quality improvement and cost reduction,
• assessment of the correctness of construction solutions,
• creating detailed and assumption drawings of elements,
• creating construction concepts using appropriate software programs,
• creating and supervising technical documentation,
• implementation of new products in accordance with customer guidelines and assumptions of the implementation project,
• cooperation with clients’ design offices
• participation in product transfer projects,
• making technical arrangements with customers
• supporting the sales department in preparing offers
• supporting the production preparation and the production departments

• Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or Advance Steel software
